Placed a $2200 order to get 2.5% back and received the goods months ago. Put in the request to support after months of not getting the cashback and they don't respond. Tried a couple times, but they just seem to ghost you.

They replied consistently and thoroughly, and met my request to completion.

A booking.com purchase is still not tracked a full month later. The help center returns a 500 "internal error" so I don't even know how I can raise this issue. Overall not worth my time at all. Had I known, I would not had signed up at all.
Response from Price.comSep 8, 2026
Hi Daniel, I’m sorry your Booking.com purchase still hasn’t appeared after a month—and that the Help Center error prevented you from getting support. We understand how frustrating that is. Please email us at [email protected] with the email address associated with your Price.com account and your booking reference so we can investigate the missing purchase. Please keep those details out of your public review. Thank you for flagging both issues and giving us the opportunity to help.

They built something that really attracts people who steal credit cards. They’re motivated to place outrageously high dollar orders on eCommerce sites in the hopes of getting a cash back payout. The fraudsters place orders, often to an apartment building (no unit) or just a random fake address. Why? They don’t care about the product, they just want the cash back generated from the card they stole. We get so many fraudulent orders originating from Price.com referrers, and we wish we could force them to stop offering cash back for our website.
Response from Price.comAug 18, 2026
Hi Chris, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take fraud seriously and absolutely do not want Price.com to be a source of fraudulent orders for any merchant. Cash back is subject to transaction validation, and fraudulent, canceled, returned, or chargeback transactions are not eligible for rewards. We'd like to review the Price.com referrals you're seeing and work directly with your team to understand what's happening, including discussing removal of cash back for your website if needed. Please contact our support team at [email protected] with your website and examples of the affected orders so we can investigate.

Price.com is a shady ass fraudulent company that makes you wait 5+ months for your cashback to become available to redeem then they won't even let you cashout once it is. They don't respond to emails at support@ email (i cant list the full email here), which is where you are instructed to contact them when you have issues cashing out. I've sent them 5 emails over a week with no response. Tried several methods of cashing out amd none of them actually work. After waiting over 5 months for the $95 in cashback I had then not even being able to collect it is very frustrating. Even worse when they won't even respond to you when you ask for help with the situation. Avoid this scam site at all costs if you actually want to RECEIVE your cashback.

Kelly, we’re sorry for the frustration and the delay in accessing your cash back. We’ve resolved the issue affecting your account and contacted you directly with next steps. You should now be able to cash out your $95 using the available withdrawal options, including ACH bank transfer, check, or debit card. We’ve also asked for additional information so we can investigate why your earlier support emails may not have reached our team. Please give the cash-out another try, and if you run into any issues, reply to our email and we’ll help get it resolved.

I've used just about every cashback site out there, and Price.com holds its own. Earning is straightforward, and redeeming is equally easy. I especially appreciate that you can cash out for as low as $5, so you're not stuck waiting to hit some high minimum. Highly recommend to anyone looking to earn some solid cashback on purchases you're already making.
Response from Price.comAug 6, 2026
Thanks so much, Jenna! We’re glad you’ve found earning and redeeming Cash Back with Price.com straightforward. We designed the $5 cash-out minimum so you can enjoy your rewards sooner without waiting to reach a high threshold. Thanks for recommending Price.com and for making us part of your everyday shopping!

Horrible cash back site. They advertised cash back percentage so lured me in and I bought an item from a merchant in March 2026.They stopped responding and I I never received my cash back. I let BBB know. No response to BBB either. It’s been 4 months and they owe me $40. Scammers. Do not use this site for CB. They give you all the excuses not to give you the cash back once you clicked through their page. Fraudsters.DO NOT USE.
Response from Price.comJul 17, 2026
We’re sorry for the frustration and for the lack of communication you experienced. Waiting four months for an expected $40 Cash Back reward without a clear resolution is not the experience we want for anyone using Price.com. Cash Back must be confirmed by the retailer before it can be issued, but our support team should still provide timely updates and a clear explanation of the transaction’s status. We would like to investigate this immediately. Please contact us at [email protected] with the email address associated with your account, the retailer, and your March 2026 purchase details, and reference this Trustpilot review so our team can locate your case. We take concerns like this seriously and want the opportunity to make this right.
