How I wish I’d come here before signing up for a trial. I’ve had the same experience as many others it seems. Signed up for a trial, wasn’t sold on the product, was sure I’d cancelled, but then realise they have take £270. Had the same email saying they would not consider a refund, even though I have literally opened the site once and looked at it for about 3 mins before cancelling as it was not what I needed. The fact they don’t care if people want to use the product, they just take the money & run is such bad form. I’d love to know if anyone has managed to get a refund. Will be taking up with my bank & trading standards. Good to see they’ve requested more info from me. Interesting to see if it makes a difference.

I was charged for a full subscription despite canceling before the free trial ended. When I canceled, I contacted Prezi support to ensure my trial subscription was properly terminated, and they confirmed that it was. Here's what Prezi support stated in their answer email: «Dear ********, Thank you for contacting Prezi Support!   I can confirm that your Prezi Team subscription connected to your ****@******.*** email address has been successfully canceled. Please bear in mind that your license features will still be available to you until the expiration date, but there will be no recurring charges at the end of the trial period.   Please let me know if you need any further assistance, I'm happy to help.   Kind regards, *********» Despite this confirmation, I was charged $1755.00 the very next day. Confused and surprised, I reached out to support again. However, they reviewed the case and determined there was no basis for a refund, citing the terms of use. They also stated their decision was final and could not be appealed. I had hoped for further discussion to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, Prezi left no room for that. It's disappointing because the product itself is actually quite good, just not the right product for our organisation at this point in time. And after this ordeal, not ever.

Well they send out no renewal e mails and even though I have not used Prezi for more than 10 months - and then only minimally I have just been charged £216 for a renewal. The e mail response to my request for a refund is 100% officious and totally lacks empathy. Clearly, this company is desperate to have to resort to such dirty scamming tactics. They deserve the poor rating they have received and for their business to continue to go down the pan. Shame on you Prezi as this has taken me overdrawn and cost me a bank charge - just when I was hoping to try to get back on track with my finances. I am only earning the minimum wage right now and it will take me a whole month to earn this back with my part-time hours. Disgusted.

I signed up for a free trial in hope of the promises yielding results. Of course, they ask for credit card details, which I shall never do again. If your product is good, you don't have to try to trap customers with credit cards. However, the product isn't good and the presentations it pumps out are very secont rate at best. Hopefully it will improve over time as the concept is great. However, when I came to cancel the subscription I couldn't get through to their customer support. There are no telephone lines and their online chat function doesn't work. Suffice to say I have now been charged £250, which is insane. I also can't cancel the full subscription (aitomatic renewal) as they ask you multiple times to confirm you want to cancel. And on what is presumably the last confirmation it only seemingly offers you the option of cancelling the cancellation! If anyone from customer support responds to this I will update it.

Funktioniert auf dem Ipad 0 man kein Copy Paste machen, man kann nur mit zwei Knöpfen raus oder reinzoomen, legt extrem.
