I ordered a Panama hat made in Ecuador from prevailme.com. In the meantime I received tracking information showing my order had left the US , passed US customs etc. I ended up receiving a cheap synthetic hat made in and shipped from China. A real scam: not an authentic Panama hat and a fake tracking link!
