This company is definitely a scam. Bought Botox serum, they sent Melanin serum. When I clearly showed them via pics of the item I received and the item I ordered from the invoice, they still stated they shipped the right item. Oh, BTW they also offered me on my first Email complaint, $3. I have since emailed 3 more times explaining either send the right item or refund in full. They are up to $6.

Ordered a hat advertised on Instagram... ordered 8/5/23... still not arrived. Many emails sent to company and advised I must stay patient as item is on the way and I am a valued customer . It would appear after reading the other reviews that I have been scammed.

Disgusting service Item was received ruined because it was sent in what was basically a plastic bag. After several ridiculous conversations with Support, they kept telling me that I had to keep it because it was the correct item after I had repeatedly explained that it was correct but ruined. They then offered me €3 as compensation and suggested I keep the item because it would cost me too much to return it to them. Worst company I have ever purchased from.

Brought a Panama hat which was made in China with fake tracking log!! The hat was in poor condition when received and wouldn’t give refund just $8 to keep it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They sell rubbish and them lie to try and cover up their scam. Appalling! Rubbish good from a Rubbish company.

Would give this site no stars as I bought makeup that was meant to be my skin tone and it wasn't. After several emails asking for return and refund I was told it takes too long to get a refund and that I should keep the product. Maybe I can use it as hand cream and a buyer beware experience. Never been scammed before.

LYING THEIVES. Same experience! Panama hat is a hat, yes, made by machine in China out of plastic. In other words a piece of crap. I was taken for a ride.

I had the same experience as the 2 previous reviewers. Ordered a Classic handmade Panama Hat; tracking history had the item shipped from Wichita, Usa; processed through US & Australian Customs then received a cheap & nasty "sun hat" of synthetic material shipped from China. Do not buy from this site. Successfully disputed the transaction with my CC service. AVOID!! Instagram & Facebook should ban these shonky operators!

I ordered a genuine Panama hat handmade in Ecuador. What I eventually received after chasing them up twice was a synthetic disgusting looking hat with a metallic thread running through it that was made in China. Do not buy anything from this company as it is a scam business selling nasty looking products that are falsely advertised.
