Shipping Promises are Not True
I placed an order on December 4 based on their promise of quick shipment. On December 12 I asked what the delay was and was told I had not approved the proof. The problem was no proof had ever been sent. They then claimed it had been shipped on December 15 but after 10 days it was nowhere to be found. They really put a damper on this Christmas gift.
