Replacement of 20x60 black framed Birds on a Limb
We ordered and received a 20x60 framed picture of birds on a limb. It was to fit in a small space above our bed which has a very large, wide headboard and mirror. It arrived timely with many emails from the studio that it was on the way. Unfortunately, it arrived but had an incomplete backing of the picture. We emailed Picture Perfect Studio with photos of the incomplete back of the picture. The Studio immediately told us another framed picture was on the way. They did not want us to return the first picture which we gave to charity. When the replacement arrived, the background of this replacement was a better shade of white, the birds also were finished in great detail, very colorful and cheery, a much better version of the original. It was finished front and back completely with no damage. We love it. Thank you so much Picture Perfect Studio.
