I have used PrestoDoctor for 2 years now - just renewed - and they are wonderful. Fast response time, easy to book appointments, affordable price and understanding docs. My appointment with Dr. Nguyen lasted about 15 min; we had a good conversation and he really strives to give patients the best care. Renewed for another year and never had to leave my living room! This was a fantastic experience. Have a good internet connection as you'll be utilizing video. My consultation was with Dr. Nguyen. You'll have to fill out all the same documentation that you'll do in office. My consultation was very thorough - more thorough than my first in office visit. Now, I'll say Dr. Nguyen was a couple of minutes late. Let me tell why this is kind of a good thing. After a couple minutes, I opened a chat window. A support person replied within 7 seconds. He checked with the doctor. For me really it was no big deal - but the big plus for them was that I had an answer within a minute. I've never been in a doctors office and received that level of service. Frankly, according to Doctor's Standard Time, Dr. Nguyen was still 1/2 hour early. After the consultation, you receive your rec. within minutes. It was just so smooth, professional, and very well thought out. The multiple email confirmations, while seeming annoying, gave more confidence that the folks are doing it right. Do print your recommendation out unless you know your dispensary of choice will accept the PDF on your phone . As it states, many dispensaries will not take a digital copy. I did not think to call ahead and ask. Mine would not*. Again, do not hesitate. Longer review than I had planned, but honestly, I was so more than a little skeptical. Now, would not do it any other way. Cheers * A note on doctors/dispensaries that adhere to very strict following of the law. GOOD! Very strict dispensaries are dispensaries that stay open and, therefore, are able to serve you.

Quick, easy, and very helpful! All around great experience. Would recommend to anyone.

This experience was different. Having to wait over 1/2 hour in line, then mixing up the people that were waiting, calling people that came after me first, I finally made it to the table. Filling out info on computer, then talking to the doctor with Skype was very awesome. This took less time. It was pretty easy then. Receiving the card on my cell phone was great. Ordered the original card, receive in a week.
