This is my first experience: I am very impressed by the speed of the process (one hour after signing in online I had my medical paper!); the doctor was super friendly and explained well. It was only about 10-15 min conversation at most. Took one star off because my camera wasn't showing automatically (which it does in other programs like skype), but the tech team was quick to help out and he asked the doctor to call me on facetime and that worked very well. All in all pretty impressive service.
