Wedding
We used Prestige Ride for our departure from our wedding. The driver was professional, courteous, and very patient when, of course, we were late for our departure. The car was so beautiful, my brand be bride told me we had to buy one. LOL. Thank you!

Unprofessional, they confirmed ride and then cancelled last minute.
We booked a service on October 15th for October 18th and received an email confirmation immediately. On October 16th, I should have realized to find another provider when they sent a new email with incorrect date, time, and drop-off location. I called and spoke with someone, who assured me the issue had been fixed. On October 17th, I got another confirmation email with the right details and thought everything was sorted. However, at 4:44 PM, I received a final email stating “cancellation.” They canceled our reservation less than a day before the scheduled service, leaving us no time to find another ride. This was extremely unprofessional and unreliable. If you need dependable service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Had a reservation for 6 months and was…
Had a reservation for 6 months and was confirmed multiple times. The day before the wedding, I was notified our ride was cancelled due to overbooking with Formula 1. I believe the real truth is they could benefit more with Formula 1 since limo services have minimums of 5-10 times the normal rates this weekend. BEWARE of Prestige Ride. Go elsewhere!

Excellent service
Excellent service. Drivers are kind and attentive. I’ve used them in multiple cities. Cars are comfortable and clean. More cost effective to and from airports. No complaints. Will definitely use them again.
