Press RangerReviews of pressranger.com

Absolutely love Press Ranger! Steve is amazing.......truly one of a kind. He’s responsive, provides excellent service, and if you get the chance, you should definitely pick up Press Ranger for yourself. The attention to detail Steve brings makes it easy to share your story, and I’m so proud to be using Press Ranger! Not only do you get incredible software, but you also get Steve as a bonus. I look forward to his Friday morning emails—they’re always a highlight. With so many great features, I can’t help but love it! Excited to see each of you making news with Steve too.

We’re a small company working in a very niche area at the intersection of chemistry and materials science, and Pressranger has really impressed us so far. They have an extensive database of journalists and outlets, including highly specialized ones that are relevant to our field—not just generic tech or business media. For a niche scientific industry like ours, that’s a big deal. We particularly like their wholesale press release distribution model, which gives us a structured, scalable way to get our story in front of the right people without having to build everything from scratch. To be fully transparent, we’re still in the early stages and have not yet fully made use of the entire distribution and journalist database, but we’re genuinely excited about the potential. Based on what we’ve seen so far—the depth of their media list, the positioning, and the overall experience—we’re confident this will become a core part of our PR and visibility strategy.

I was introduced to Press Ranger through AppSumo when I bought their lifetime deal. Best. Investment. Ever. They have been steadily updating the platform every week and sending an email with updates. Cision is just ridiculously expensive and though yes, they do have more functionality--can a small business really afford a couple grand a month for it? I like the Press Ranger offerings and it feels good to support a small business that is hustling like I do everyday.

Steve and the team are very supportive! Great service

Press Ranger has been an excellent software for me and the brands I consult for.

Press Ranger has been great for releasing press releases and contacting journalists. It’s simple to use, reliable, and really helps streamline outreach. Highly recommended for anyone who needs an easy way to get their news in front of the right people.

I initially chose Press Ranger because it was the most affordable press release service I could find. But what I didn't expect is that it would be significantly better on all counts than the two services I had tried before. PR gives you stats on all your releases, so you know who picked you up. They provide AI-ranking features that actually work. I would choose no other service for sending out press releases.

Steve and the team at Press Ranger have made reaching a larger audience so much easier. I've used other press release services in the past with mixed results, but none have come close to what Press Ranger offers. What sets them apart is their reach combined with their genuine commitment to getting it right. They take the time to ensure each piece is tailored for the publications being targeted and that the messaging truly resonates. It's not a "submit and forget" service—they actually care about the outcome. I've seen great success since partnering with them and look forward to continuing the relationship.
