Thank you for your continued feedback. We understand your frustration and are here to provide clarity. Our product listing specifies that Luminar Neo is one of the compatible software programs you can use with these presets. The video tutorial we shared demonstrates how to import and utilize these files within Luminar Neo. While we understand that you may find the steps provided less convenient, the method aligns with how Luminar Neo handles compatible files, and we are unable to control the software’s workflow or functionality. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding, but we want to emphasize that the information provided on our product page is accurate. Additionally, please note that due to the easily plagiarized nature of digital products and the fact that once a customer downloads them we can't get them back and make sure they aren't used, we make it clear on our 'Refund Policy' page that we don't offer refunds or returns. All sales are final. We value your feedback about the product page and will review it to ensure it is as clear as possible for future customers. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your understanding. The Team @ Presets.io

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your honest feedback, Valentin! We truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience. Our presets are always created and optimized for RAW images, as this format provides the best dynamic range and flexibility for achieving the intended tones and depth. We also always recommend editing RAW photos for optimal results, as JPEG files tend to produce flatter or more saturated outcomes due to compression. We’d be happy to help you get the look you expected. If you could share one or two sample RAW photos (unedited), along with which preset(s) you applied, our team can provide some tailored guidance or adjustment tips to help you achieve the desired tones. Thank you again for your feedback — it helps us continue improving our collections and user experience. We look forward to assisting you further. Warm regards, The Team @ Presets.io

Hi William, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration this caused. I’ve reviewed our past conversation, and it looks like your order was successfully processed and delivered to your account. You can always log in at https://presets.io/account/login to access your presets instantly. It also seems there may have been some confusion around the “extra presets” you mentioned — I wasn’t able to find a record of that promise in our system, but if there was a miscommunication on our part, I’d like to make it right. Please reach out directly to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to ensure you receive everything you expected We value you as a customer and want you to feel fully supported. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we’ll make sure it’s resolved quickly for you. Warm regards, The Team @ Presets.io

Thank you for your feedback! We’d like to clarify that the collection you're referring to for Luminar Neo is made up of LUTs (Look-Up Tables), not traditional presets. LUTs are a powerful tool used to apply color grading and tonality adjustments to photos, providing a quick and impactful way to change the mood or style of an image. While LUTs are different from the typical "preset" in how they function, they are designed to be easy to apply and work seamlessly within Luminar Neo’s editing workflow. If you’re looking for more detailed adjustments beyond color grading, you can always combine LUTs with other editing tools in the software to fully customize your images.
