Sanderz
The master preset bundle

Thank you for your continued feedback. We understand your frustration and are here to provide clarity. Our product listing specifies that Luminar Neo is one of the compatible software programs you can use with these presets. The video tutorial we shared demonstrates how to import and utilize these files within Luminar Neo. While we understand that you may find the steps provided less convenient, the method aligns with how Luminar Neo handles compatible files, and we are unable to control the software’s workflow or functionality. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding, but we want to emphasize that the information provided on our product page is accurate. Additionally, please note that due to the easily plagiarized nature of digital products and the fact that once a customer downloads them we can't get them back and make sure they aren't used, we make it clear on our 'Refund Policy' page that we don't offer refunds or returns. All sales are final. We value your feedback about the product page and will review it to ensure it is as clear as possible for future customers. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your understanding. The Team @ Presets.io
