I have no idea, this is not a scam. I have my 2000 Epilepsy meds for Zero. These people have been wonderful. This just is not fair. Because people will go without help. Writing this just is not fair. Please stop because there are people who need help. They waived my fee for a month because it was a week late. This is ridiculous to do this to these ladies. Thank you

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY CHARGED $50 FOR DOING HARDLY NOTHING. I CANCELED A LITTLE OVER A WEEK FROM MY INITIAL CALL. WHEN I CALLED TO CANCELED THEY ADVISED ME THAT I WOULD NOT GET MY MONEY BACK OR ANY PART OF IT BECAUSE THEY MAILED ME A SMALL PACKET OF FORMS AND FAXED A FORM TO MY DOCTOR. THEY'RE TOTALLY OUT TO SCAM SENIORS.

It’s a scam, do not sign up with them. I thought they were helping me by only having to pay $50/mo for a medication that costs nearly $1k a month. It’s an “administration fee” You’re just paying them to make a phone call every 90 days to refill the prescription. The application you filled out is the same one you’d fill out with the medication manufacturer, which you can do for FREE. I didn’t know the extent of their scam until I got a text from the manufacturer’s medication assistance department saying my prescription was on its way and here’s the UPS tracking number. I immediately called the sender of the text because I didn’t know who they were. Turns out I’m getting this medication for free! I called PH back and was told how awful the manufacturer is, that they will never send you a prescription that they advocate and fight for you all month long blah blah blah. What they’re really doing is taking $50 a month from people who are already in financial crisis. They are doing things that you could easily do yourself. I called the medication company back and tell them what PH had said. They were appalled. All I have to do is call them every 90 days and they will refill my prescription. But they assured me that PH will not be able to get any information from them about me. They noted it all in my account. After confirming that I was still going to get my medication, I called PH to cancel my account. The woman again began to speak negatively about the medication company. finally telling me “good luck getting your medication“. She said that my account would be canceled and then I was going to receive an email confirming that. Never got an email confirming that. I login and my account is still active and they are still able to charge my card. So now I have to keep pursuing them to make sure they cancel my account. Avoid them like the plague. They are irresponsible and shady.

Horrible! scam from the start. Thank God I put it on a credit card and they removed the charge. but Hope took it to collections so beware!

Well, where do I start? Signed up my dad for their help and what we got is someone else's information and I mean ALL of their information was mailed to us. Secondly, tried to cancel and of course you get no response and they still charge their fee. Changed my account information and dang if they didn't turn it over to a collection agency even though we have repeatedly tried to cancel. RUN DO NOT WALK FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

SCAM! One day they say they have not received the paperwork from my doctor, then the next day they say they have received it, but it will take 7 to 10 days to process. When I call the next day, I again told they haven't received the paperwork from my doctor. Then it starts again; "We just received it today". This after me being on the phone with my doctor's office while they are faxing the paperwork to the number given to us by Prescription Hope. After saying they did receive it, they then say they called my doctor and found out he had faxed it to the wrong number. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
