I have spoken with Scott many times, for both my account and my moms. He has always been very pleasant, caring, understanding (and if he doesn’t understand my issue he takes the time to listen and find out), patient and thorough. He takes the time to make sure he has answered all of my questions and that I understand the answers. He reminds me of my nephew and that is comforting. (nephew also has all of those qualities)

I tried to cancel within 24 hours(because we make too much money). They refused a refund and refused to work on my file because as soon as you sign you are locked in. It is a scam and I'm so upset. I'd a service is not provided, you should nor be charged. I must remember.. if it sounds too good to be true... it usually is

I am very happy to be a client of Prescription Hope. I have never had an interaction with them that has not been professional, friendly, helpful and encouraging.

Suzanne was extremely helpful. The entire staff has been extremely pleasant and so helpful. I am very pleased and thankful for their assistance with my meds.

I am not able to login on dashboard. Also can't figure out how to get ahold of them to cancel membership. Still have not received welcome package in the mail or via email. Can't log in to my dashboard so don't know if it is there or not. I believe I have been duped. Shame on them for preying on poor people.

SCAM.... NO COMMUNICATION, NO EMAILS. ONE LETTER SINCE I SIGNED UP ANDTHAT WAS FOR REQUIREMENTS. BUT THEY SURE DID CHARGE ME FOR 2 MONTHS WITHOUT ANY MEDS.

CROOKS! I had paid the "origination" fee, and then was charged a monthly "maintenance" fee. Keep in mind that I had not received any medication from them yet. So with all of the fees that I was paying, and not receiving any medication, I got very concerned it was all a scam. I canceled my "membership" and contacted the BBB to get my money back. They told the BBB that they gave me a refund, but they did not. Since there is no way I can prove they DIDN'T pay me, I am just out that money.

I’m in tears I am so blessed to have found them I was stressing about how I was gonna be able to afford my Ozempic and God made a way through prescription hope and everyone was so nice and sweet
