What made my experience great is the fact that Prescription Hope is an organization that serves people who cannot pay for their medication. They have excellent customer service who explains how their services work. They allow a person to ask questions and they make sure you understand the process. They keep in touch letting you know the status of your medication and each step it takes until you receive it. Customer service is awesome and each representative who calls to speak to you is kind, patient, and informing. They make sure all your needs are met as a client. Prescription Hope is a life saving organization. I'm extremely happy I found out about their services.
