Hi Madison, we're sorry to hear that parts of the experience felt difficult when you had a specific math question you were trying to work through. We appreciate you sharing that feedback. Every practice question in the Complete Prep online program includes a thorough explanation that walks through the correct answer step by step and also explains why the other three answer choices are incorrect. This is designed to help students understand the reasoning behind the problem, not just the final answer. For students who want additional help with tricky questions, we also offer an AI Learning Assistant built specifically for this purpose. After each practice quiz, you can chat with the assistant about any problem you found difficult. Because it has the full context of the question, along with knowledge of SAT/ACT content and our PrepScholar lessons and strategies, it can guide you through the approach. Instead of simply telling you the answer, it asks questions and helps you walk through your thought process so you can build the skills needed to solve similar problems on your own. This option can be added when enrolling or upgraded later in the program, and students can try it a few times for free before deciding whether to add it.

Hi Tori, thanks for leaving a review. We're sorry to hear you experienced this. We're also a bit surprised to hear this considering that students typically comment positively on the quality and difficulty of our practice question bank. In any case, we acknowledge your feedback and promise to keep improving our materials! Regarding the content, we certainly do cover all topics covered on the ACT and we even break down the test into 51 skills across all four sections so we can tackle each topic thoroughly. We also incorporate the ACT's official practice tests so that you can practice both on a fine-grained quiz level and on a past official full length practice test.
