Good program, tougher to go up if you already have a high score.
After writing a 1-star review, PrepScholar reached out to me and fixed everything. The program and classes are very helpful, unfortunately my score did not increase to their guarantee. I think if you score low and use this service, it will work better than if you already have a high score. I would fully recommend this program if you scored lower than a 1200 originally and I would recommend it if you scored higher, but I would advise you to ensure you keep in contact with them if you need to request the money back. Overall, I did have a good experience and once they fixed their wrongs, I can honestly recommend this program.

Hi Ridley, we have reviewed your case in detail and sincerely apologize for the confusion around the score report process. To clarify a few important points: our mailing address is legitimate and has been used to receive correspondence for over a decade. It is also possible for College Board to send official score reports directly to us, and this has been successfully done by other customers in the past. In this case, however, we genuinely did not receive your official score report by mail, and we are sorry that there was not a timely follow-up to keep you informed while we were waiting for it to arrive. We also want to be clear that our intention is never to dismiss or frustrate students or families. If our communication came across that way, we truly regret it.
