Impossible to return ou exchange items, poor client service
The products seams to be of a good quality but still overpriced , the sizes are not accurate - it's smaller. I wear small US and at Prepreworks it will be Large. I ordered corduroy pants, it was too small for me, I wanted de return them and take a larger size - but it is literally impossible even if on their site they speaks about 14-days return. The goods must be returned in China - the cost is prohibitive and represents almost the cost of trousers (ex, price of the trousers - 230$ TTC and the return cost is 180$ from Canada to China). For the price the client pay for their goods, the free return will be logical. They offer 30% and to keep the pants that does not suit you! Ridiculous ! So I wanted to exchange the pants for a larger item - but I can't - I would pay twice for the same pant. They have an office in United States, but they don't accept the return there. They don't want to find solution, just to get money. It's really annoying experience , I will never buy again from this company.
