Krista, I am sorry that you are experiencing issues. We identified that your updated PTIN was not getting applied to your account and was causing conflicting reporting. This has been updated and your completions are now displaying properly. Joshua will be giving you a call shortly to review your account with you and show you where the completions are displayed and the couple of portions of the course still outstanding. I am sorry for the delay in fixing this issue.
