The material was summarized
The material was summarized, brief, with limited information, making the exam quite tasking.

Sorry to hear that you felt our exam was tasking. It is open book; If you were taking it without knowing that I am sure you probably worked harder than was necessary! I appreciate your feedback and we will take a look at our exam delivery and introduction elements and try to see if there is any way we can make that point know more clearly.

Krista, I am sorry that you are experiencing issues. We identified that your updated PTIN was not getting applied to your account and was causing conflicting reporting. This has been updated and your completions are now displaying properly. Joshua will be giving you a call shortly to review your account with you and show you where the completions are displayed and the couple of portions of the course still outstanding. I am sorry for the delay in fixing this issue. When you initially contacted us via email, we did respond back that we were investigating this, but I do agree, a week going by is too long and I apologize. In the future, the best way to reach us for immediate assistance is by phone, we are available M-F 9a - 6p Eastern, 800-399-6133. Please feel free to give us a call if Joshua misses you when he calls today, or if you have any further issues or questions.

If we are not able to connect this AM, please give us a call at 800-399-6133 and ask for Joe or Joshua and we would be happy to assist.
