Federal Direct's IRS CAA training and…
Federal Direct's IRS CAA training and certification was very thorough and on time as promised. Once the test was completed and submitted the actual certificate arrived just a few days afterward also as promised. I did not have to make any additional phone calls or email them, everything went very smoothly and the certificate with raised seal was very high quality. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions before committing to the purchase. I would highly recommend Federal Direct Tax Services to anyone in the tax prep business.
