Convenient I called them and they gave me a discount coupon that was great. Training was easy to do and I finished it one go. However delivery of certificate was not as promised. It was posted more than a week later and then it never reached on time. Still waiting!

Maroof, I apologize that your certificate is taking so long to arrive. You are correct, your certificate mailing has taken longer than intended. Please check your email, for international tracking information. With our staff working from home on rotation since Covid, getting the international certificates out quickly has suffered. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will fix it!
