The online interface is very clunky and confusing. Other than that, the content is fine. Gets the job done.

I <3 the experience every time I access the software and start my training. It is a relaxing experience and it allows me to focus.

The course is good but the having to re log-in after every training unit is a joke. It should not time out and cause you to have to log back in after each section.

Customer service is great last year. I bought the CAA course and couldn’t use it in these year. I call to customer service and they validate the purchase that I made last year to be current for this year for me to get my CAA certification know all the company has done that for me and I am so happy with them. The program is great and you can pass your exam the same day .

The videos and testing process was thorough and very helpful in ensuring that you were attentive.
