This is a scam. My card had $5 for filling out a survey. It never worked.

Was very fiddly to set-up and you only get help by email. But, once set-up works fine and can use to purchase on Amazon and ebay.

Not even one star, really. Exceedingly difficult to obtain the card in the first place( a 'reward' from Bosch) and site completely opaque about registering card, getting PIN and using card. Hope shopping will be different!

Website was clearly made to make it as difficult as possible to redeem prepaid cards. So poorly designed it seems fraudulent.

I called your organization to obtain the balance/status of my account. I was informed that I have a $25.00 balance and also that my card had expired 01/21. The representative suggested I go online and request a new card. I went online. The website response was the card had expired and there was nothing that could be done about it. I phoned again to report the results of going online and was told by another representative that there was nothing I could do. It appears that your company in these difficult times, gets to keep my $25.00 for no other reason, than the card expired 3 months ago.
