They don’t even deserve 1 star! They are full of crap!!! They pull this crap all the time! DONT ORDER FROM PREMIUMETSY! Read all the reviews, not just mine! I’ve been fighting with them since March, and my next move is the BBB.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a T-shirt over a month ago as a birthday present. It never came. The tracking number they gave me lead nowhere. After six weeks of waiting, I finally contacted their sorry excuse for a customer service department. They said they would re-send it out ASAP. So I was pleased. Then a few hours later, they abruptly notified me that my order has been CANCELLED! Then they stopped replying to my follow-up questions altogether. And I haven't seen my refund either. I ended up ordering from Amazon, and I'll be getting the shirt this Thursday, one day before I need it Needless to say, don't order from Premiumetsy. It's a sham. I'm sorry I fell for it...

Ordered product the beginning of April. Not told it would be shipped from overseas. Tried to cancel order and get a refund. Just told it had shipped and could not be refunded. Have several times tried to get it resolved and each time told nothing can be done. Also the link they said to use to track the package is an app that you have to pay for. It is now 5 weeks since I ordered and I still have not gotten my product or a refund.

I ordered a "No Kings" T-shirt on March 5, but still have never received it. I've requested a refund of my $29, which included shipping, am waiting to hear back from them. I suspect I will not get satisfaction in the matter; I don't believe this is really a legit site??

I never received my package, they have no phone number. I emailed them several times, they responded with different tracking numbers & told me to track it online. The numbers got me nowhere. I did get put in touch with a company that wanted money to track my order, I declined, contacted them AGAIN & was told my order had been delivered, and that I should contact the post office! I asked for a delivery date & got no response! Horrible so called customer service! Never again will I ever deal with this place! They were absolutely no help at all . I placed my order around the beginning of March, it is now April 25

I ordered items for a specific date/event and when I realized there is no way I’d get it on time I contacted them to cancel…no response except that my order is coming. Contacted them multiple times with no response except the same email response I received 2 weeks ago. Worried this is a scam. I started on Etsy but looks like I was sent to a illegitimate site..PremiumEtsy….BEWARE

Absolutely awful customer service. False tracking numbers. I ordered a simple shirt like almost a month ago and all I get is canned inquiries to my request for where my order is. The companies such as Google and Facebook should take responsibility for the companies that advertise on their sites
