I please an order last year in September 15, and now is January 5, 2026, and my order is not received, this company is bad don't order nothing pleased.

I placed an order on May 31, for T-shirts to wear during a protest rally this weekend. I had no idea the company was based in Ireland or I would not have placed the order. Still, as a small business owner, who ships overseas, I make it a point to expedite the shipping process for my overseas customers because of transit time. My order hasn’t even left Ireland yet. By the time it arrives, I will have no use for two out of four items ordered.

This is a SCAM! They said they delivered my shirt (gave a bogus tracking number). The post office CONFIRMED that the tracking number was not my address. They will take your money. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I would give them ZERO stars if possible. I purchased an “embroidered sequin sweatshirt.” This was the EXACT description of the product. I even went back to my order confirmation to make sure I didn’t miss the word “faux” anywhere and I didn’t. When I received it, it was super thin (not sweatshirt material) and it was all iron on. NOT embroidered, NOT sequin! I paid around $50 total for this and it’s terrible. I will say their support has been responsive, but it doesn’t make the false advertising any better! They offered me $9 for composition for a “sweatshirt” I will throw away because it’s really that bad and would be embarrassing to wear!!

I wish I could rate it zero stars. I ordered a custom sweatshirt on 1/1/2025 it says that it shipped on 1/9. Tracking shows that it got to Chicago on 1/16 and on 2/7 I sent the first email inquiry. They said it is still in transit and " thanks for your waiting" on 2/20 the tracking had not updated since 2/13.I sent another email saying that I wanted a refund. They said it's still in transit "thanks for your waiting" I told them it doesn't take over a month for an item to get to Texas from Chicago and I want money back. No response. On 2/23 I filed a dispute with Paypal. Today I checked the tracking again to see if it has updated and suddenly it says that it was delivered to me on 2/01. That's a load of BS because I never received it and if I had they wouldn't have told me on 2 dates AFTER 2/01 that it was still in transit. Do not trust this scam of a company. I paid over $65.00 for a shirt that I never received.

Placed an order on 12/14/24, paid for expedited shipping and got notifications that my order was in Switzerland bouncing around and finally arrived in the US and now no responses. This was for a Christmas gift. It looks like a complete scam. Waiting for a response from customer support. Do Not Get Scammed. I ordered off an ad on FaceBook. Angry in Texas!

This website is a scam, just so you know! I ordered a “customized sweatshirt” and received tracking info that my item shipped on 12/10/24. I continued to receive updated info every 3 days for a couple of weeks. Suddenly, once the item arrived in the US (by way of Italy to Vancouver BC???) the updates stopped (as of 1/6/25). I emailed the company today inquiring about my “order” and received an email response with a link to updated tracking information. When I accessed the tracking link, I immediately notice the shipping company was entirely different, and the dates of shipping and location updates were entirely different. Also, the shipped date showed 12/27/24, and not 12/10/24 like the original emails I received. I inquired about this and received another email that said there was an issue with the shipping software and customers were sent the wrong shipping data but that mine was now correct. The email ended with “we hope it will arrive to you soon.” I looked up the name of the courier company listed on the new tracking link they sent and it’s not even a real company. Actually, neither of the shipping companies are real and are both associated with multiple complaints of scams. So then I looked up PremiumEtsy and found the same information- likely a scam. The business originated in Sept 2024, and there is very little public information about it. Also, if you google the address listed on Trustpilot for the company (which is NOT listed on their actual website), it links to an apartment, not a business. It is 100% my fault because I ordered this from an ad on TikTok or Facebook, so I should have known better. I already reached out to my credit card company and disputed the charges as fraud. I also reported everything to the FTC. Just beware and do NOT order from this business.

22 days waiting for a Christmas gift. I greatly doubt it arrive in time. I should have bought it elsewhere!!! If you have months to wait this service might be ok. I don't know I still haven't received the product!!!
