I have been using PBC for over 3 years now - both as a virtual office and office space lease. The virtual office space is a great arrangement for new businesses to present a professional environment on an as needed basis for clients, and it is quite affordable. While interior differs dramatically from location to location, the interiors are nice and professional. Leasing actual office space is a bit expensive, as there are so many additional fees worked into the mix - if feels as though you are nickeled and dimed quite a bit. For instance, there is a severe upcharge for purchasing parking through PBC rather than through the office building. While I do not object to a convenience charge, this severe upcharge (I believe it is 20%) is applied even when you are not permitted or able to purchase parking directly from the building. I understand the upcharge as a convenience charge, but not when a tenant has no other options. Overall I have had a good experience with PBC. I will likely find another arrangement for the physical office space in the future because PBC is a bit expensive with all of the add-ons, but as long as they keep the virtual office options so reasonably priced, I will continue to use PBC for that service.

The staff is friendly. The management is professional and is always available for any questions and/or concerns. The amenities provide all the resources one would need to operate efficiently. I would recommend Premier to everyone!

Premier Business Center managers have been extremely helpful, professional and easy to work with. They have always taken care of any need or concern right away in a friendly manner. The facilities are clean, up to date and comfortable.

Outside of the issue with moving in, I would highly recommend this place.

I've been very satisfied with service from Premier. It's exactly what I needed after downsizing from a large home with home office to a small condo with no extra space. Service is very professional and friendly. It also helps when my "commute" is to walk across the street from the condo.

I did not find this location at first. I was looking on the other side of the freeway. But that location was rude, and uninterested. I was referred to this location and found the staff to be friendly, professional and very inviting. I highly recommend.

- Leasing price is reasonable and negotiable. - Location is great, conveniently next to 57, 22 & 5 freeways - Building is being remodeled and upgraded, looking nicer. Does affect daily business being inside the building during remodeling. - Management is very nice. - Response in request for fixing things are slow and many times must ask over and over again. - Promised a "Day" room downstairs since move in but still haven't delivered. It's been 1 month & 2 weeks.

Vanessa, Debbie and Linda are the best. We recently added an office for our new Accounting position. Vanessa gave me office and furniture options, produced spreadsheet comparisons of the costs of each office option, and then worked her magic to offer me a deal I couldn't refuse. The office is a very professional environment, spotless and well managed. Even though there are numerous Tenants on the floor, the PBC Team goes out of their way to make you feel as if you are the most important one. We feel like we are part of the family. Debbie and Linda are very nice to talk to every day, greet visitors in a very professional manner, and the coffee is always hot and the kitchen clean. We are enjoying our experience very much, and thankful to be here.
