Helpful and friendly staff. Atmosphere surroundings, perfect. On my 1st day of work, I experienced to be locked out from the Exit stairs. I went to the Restroom, I didn't bring my cell phone and keys, I didn't realize that it's almost 5pm, when I went out from the restroom all the doors were closed. Because its my first day of work in the building I didn't memorize the code from the backdoor, so I'm thinking to check the exit door and sure enough the door were locked and I got stuck in the exit stairs and I knocked and scream, good thing that one of the tenant still in the 8thfloor where am at and he opened the door for me. Lesson learned, I will make sure that I bring my cellphone and keys with me everytime I leave my office. On the other hand, I am not aware that even the exit door will be locked by 5pm or after 5pm. I was so scared though...

I was looking at either leasing my own space or going with a business center. When I interviewed Premier, I was blown away by their follow through and friendliness. After having now leased with them, I don't ever want to go back to the "old" way of office space and the headaches that come with them.

I was lied to by the center manager about the internet speed provided to tenants. It's been an exhaustive nightmare getting it resolved

I've had a good experience with PB Centers until I tried to cancel the program. Seems like they want to extend the service as long as possible so instead of the standard 30 day notice, they impose a 30 day notice plus you will be billed for the month subsequent to the 30 day notice. Seems quite unfair as it certainly seems like you are forced to extend for another 30 days.

Our high end clients in Beverly Hills require a TV to be mounted in the conference rooms so we can give quality presentations. They have projector screens, but who uses projectors these days??

I had very good experience with Joe and Stacy at the Premier Business Center in Bellevue. They are very helpful and the rate and the service they provide is exceptional. i would highly recommend renting from them when you are small and doesn't want to spend much of the effort worry about Office related things.
