I love this place and the staff is amazing! When are you going to finish the conference room behind the front reception desk?

The staff is helpful, responsive and friendly. But the office environment and atmosphere needs a serious makeover. The carpet is old, stained, dirty and smelly. The walls have dirt and fingerprints all over them that apparently can't be scrubbed off. There is no natural light, the hallways are dark and dingy, the office doors are outdated. Also there's no common area to take a break at. There's a tiny seating area in the kitchen, which is uninviting.

Additions made to the kitchen since the acquisition from Prime Office Centers are positive (water machine, better coffee, utensils, etc.). However, the biggest problem with this office remains the tenant that constantly has borderline homeless people as guests visiting our floor. It is embarrassing when we have our professional guests waiting for us by reception. I'm all for programs that help the socially disadvantaged, but this isn't the type of office environment for it.

I am very happy with my choice of work place. Everyone is so wonderful and amazing. My only negative comment is the access to the building after 5:30pm. This is has been rather difficult to manage. Often the security is not available to allow my clients in the Buiding which makes my clients annoyed and because I am in a session with my client, it is not possible for me to go to the lobby to let them in the Buiding. I am wondering if there is a possibility of extending the business hours. The nature of my work requires me to work in the evening and even on Holidays such as; Martin Luther King, veterans days and etc. It was challenging to work on Martin Luther King’s day. I did not know the Building would be closed and going up and down to get my clients was quite an experience. I welcome the opportunity to discuss this. There were a lot of other businesses in the building that had the same experience as me. Therefore, I am wondering if the there is a way to accommodate your tenets’ business hours to meet the demand of their clients. Fed-x delivery was outside the door and unable to deliver his package, clients were outside the Buiding to deliver gifts, but they were not able to get in the building. I know this because I was in the lobby waiting for my client and I spoke with them. Is security expected to be in the lobby at all time? Thank you for your inquiry, review, and consideration. After about 2 months of taking over our center, so far, so good. Willing to accommodate our requests and work with us.
