They attend to any issue swiftly and professionally. Second, The building is always kept clean and secure which is very important to me. The location is walking distance to everything, Restaurants, Post Office, Mall, Gym, name it, its a block away. As a business owner, I value the Services PBC offers. PBC, You have a tenant for life. Perfect location for executive suites, excellent facilities, good adjacent parking, friendly & professional reception staff, good technical support for Internet when needed, reasonable rental rates with discount. Only issue is lack of rent auto payment option.
