Excellent working with Alina to find a space that would meet our needs. We like the space so much we are upgrading to a bigger space already.

My interactions with Premier Properties has been primarily with Sara Hanna. She is a true professional, polite and knowledgeable. She actually helped me navigate through the difficult situation of having to move out after only 2 months of renting my space. I don't think anyone was alerted about the building I occupied along with all the other tenants having to move out in 45 days. I'm thankful to Sara for lessening the anguish of having to find a space in the same area I was in. Yamila M Ayad

Beautiful facility, professionally managed.

We are happy with our space and how wonderful all the people are.

The space looks really nice but clearly is old and it does not seem like PBC is interested in updating. For example, the phone systems here are from another age altogether. They are maybe 10+ years old. There is no regulation of temperature. Its either too hot or too cold and after the first few days of asking them to regulate so we can focus on work, we were told to get heaters. So far, its a MEH experience one month in.

Lauren and Dorell do a wonderful job making everything great about this office. I'm glad I made the move.

Catherine and Asher have been very helpful and great to work with.

Lobby and bath room are sometime messy, otherwise every thing else is fine.
