Tanvin is always so wonderful to work…
Tanvin is always so wonderful to work with - she meets our needs constantly and goes above and beyond. When it comes to our clients coming to the office to drop things off, she is kind, pleasant, and we often get compliments on her professionalism. She is incredible to work with and we cannot live without her.

The entire staff at Premier at 5th avenue in New York are outstanding. From the moment I called to rent an office, to the moment I moved in, to the moment I had an unexpected inspection and needed assistance since I live in Vegas, this staff has come through. Thank you for all you do! I am forever grateful for the care you poor into your work and into your clients like me! THANK YOU!

Thank You!
All the staff and the accommodations were next level. So professional and the occasional Burger and Taco trucks to show appreciation to the clients was just an added bonus.

Kearny team has been absolutely…
Kearny team has been absolutely fantastic! From the moment I was onboarded, the team made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to set up my space perfectly, making the transition seamless. What really stood out was how they personally connected me with the building to host a special gathering for my new nonprofit, The Dog Health Fund. This level of support made a huge difference and set the tone for a great experience. I couldn’t be more impressed and grateful for their help. Highly recommend!

It's especially rewarding to know that their support extended beyond the workspace itself and helped connect you with resources for your nonprofit. We truly appreciate your kind words and recommendation, and we look forward to continuing to support your success.

Very satisfied repeat customer
We’ve used the 43rd st office 6 times now in the last few years. Besides the very convenient location the spaces and offices are clean, comfortable and quiet! Alexis and her co-workers are all well trained professionals who go out of their way to accommodate us.

Stay far far away
Stay far far away. I was charged $600 for reconditioning fees just to paint over nail holes in a wall! They sweet talk you to get you in the door and then when you leave they try to screw you as hard as possible. STAY FAR AWAY FROM PREMIERE.
