Five stars for location, building upkeep, amenities and our wonderful receptionist/manager. Application was also very quick and straightforward. Term flexibility is also a plus. Just did not get to use my leased unit as often as I had planned due to another tenant using the unit as a nail salon after hours when most other tenants have left. The fumes from the nail chemicals spread through all the vents in the office. Whenever this happens (a few times a week), I have to leave the space prematurely and go to a coffee shop to continue my work since the fumes get quite bad. If it weren't for this, I would have wanted to extend my lease indefinitely. I think instances like this could be ameliorated/avoided in the future with periodic unit inspections or with a more thorough background check of necessary tenant licenses and practice permits during application. Overall good value, but for future tenants, try and see the space after normal office hours to get a good feel of it and your future co-tenants before signing a lease.

The staff is helpful and friendly, ready to assist when a request is made. The ambience is professional and encouraging. I would highly recommend Premier Workspaces to friends and colleagues.

Overall, our experience the past months here has been adequate. There have been moments of frustration regarding condescending communication about conference room use, as well as disregard from staff to even hold a door open while we were moving large items. While these have been single occasions, they do stand out and lead us to provide an average review of our experience here so far.

Working with Premier has been a pleasure. The space I rent is awesome at a reasonable price and Valisa and Rosa who make it happen are absolute godsends.
