Premier WorkspacesReviews of premierworkspaces.com

One sided contract. Beware! Contract auto renews for same term (one year) if you don’t cancel auto renewal 60 days out. We attempted to cancel renewal 50 days out and said too bad. You were auto renewed for one year. Don’t need space! They gauged us for 6 month lease or lawsuit. Stay away!!!

Had to let an employee go and tried to payout or cancel contract. They would rather let it sit there for 9 months empty than helps us out. Wouldn't rent with them ever again. Too expense and poor one-sided contracts.

Candace Mitchell, Helen Matos & Brissa Marquez are great! You can trust this team to make your clients feel welcome in a very professional environment.

Switch to on-line rent payments was not tenant focused. Previously, rent and other costs were charged directly to my credit card, and I received an auto e-mail confirming that rent had been paid. Now tenants have to go on-line every month to pay the invoice. In short, Premier make life easier for themselves and less convenient for their client tenants. Were the people who made this decision the same who have been in charge of the awful interior design decisions over the last 5 years. The offices, certainly, have become very less refined, less professional, cheaper looking, with each passing year. However, I must say that the Seattle staff are very welcoming and competent, and that Premier's rates are fair.

Great location, reasonable rental fees and awesome customer service

Overall, it’s quite and there’s nice neighbors in the office. The bathroom and kitchen are always clean. The coffee is really good! Unfortunately, the internet is OLD! Cat 3 Internet cables don’t exist anymore and I have to tether from my personal internet when I work in the office. I have mentioned that I can’t find the right equipment for their connections but no one has an answer. Therefore, if you have a newer computer or office equipment their internet is not compatible.

Barbara and Randy do a fantastic job and make me feel at home here.

Randy Crookshank has been WONDERFUL. He has gone above and beyond to help and make sure I know they are available to help me with anything I might need. What is a virtual office will most likley turn into an actual office in the next year.
