Fast delivery
Good choice of products and customer service were very helpful answering my questions. Delivery was very fast. Not any packaging material in the box, so I was glad it didn’t get damaged, but the filter I got is in a very hard casing, so maybe they don’t think it can be damaged easily. At 20,000 gallons for this filter, it should last years and pretty much says it removed just about everything. No water wastage like the RO systems and takes up little space.

I live in Indiana and after buying a house I was forced to dig a new well for water. After a nightmare of having 5 attempts done to find water, the water was so full of sediment, and collodial clay. After contacting nearly a dozen companies in my area no one could help me without me spending $10,000. I found this company after days of research online. I called the rep and he answered every question. I put the well filter on and my water has been crystal clear. I can't express how grateful I am!

Very helpful support!
I had trouble installing the filters I ordered due to the previous owner mixing different products with different interfaces. Premiere Sales went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong and get me the additional parts I required. The person I spoke to over the phone was very helpful, and I was able to get everything working. Ordering was easy and the order arrived reasonably quickly as well. Thank you!
