As usual your service was excellent.

I finally tried some thing you offered, four LED star lights for $39.95. But then there was a 25% penalty added on in the form of shipping for $9.95. OK, $40 just became $50, but wait for the surprise when these four little dinky star lights showed up at my door. I’m waiting for them to be shown again in one of your emails to see how it is you photographically conned Me into thinking they were about it 8 inches per side instead of maybe 3 inches per side. I feel ripped off, but it’s not worth the hassle of sending them back (at my expense). I’ll find a place for them, so they will be of some utility. Your process of the order was not bad so and overall 2 score.

The product is made of poor quality teak. The components to not fit well together and have gaps even when assembled. The bolts are not well alligned. The female bolt hold pulls out of the wood easily The instructions state to assemble with a screw driver. This is incorrect as it reuires a male hex wrench which was not included. You also need a rubber mallet to get the pieces to fit Once assembled it looks OK but not professional. I would have returned it but I have too much time invested in assembly, I expected better quality from Preferred Living especially at this price point.

Prompt shipment, yay! Great packaging, yay! Set up and plugged in, yay! Nothing works, 0 stars. Now dealing with return, replacement. Ugh.
