Late delivery, then dumped right next to the sidewalk
Delivery was scheduled for Thursday, then postponed to Saturday. When it finally arrived, they rang the doorbell but didn't give me even ten seconds to answer. They just dumped the package by the entrance, right next to the sidewalk. And they call that a "safe location"—it's the exact opposite.

A discount shipping company, with service that matches its price!
A discount shipping company, with service that matches its price!
If you’re looking for a shipping company that considers ringing the doorbell an optional extra, thinks delivering a package to a neighbor after midnight is perfectly acceptable, and views basic driver training as an unnecessary luxury, look no further—you’ve found a real gem!
It seems this company has overlooked a detail that’s essential to the delivery business: delivering a package isn’t just about dumping it somewhere and calling it a day. Apparently, teaching a driver to press a doorbell requires extraordinary skills that are beyond this company’s capabilities.
What’s most deplorable is that several complaints have already been filed with Amazon regarding these practices, yet the problem doesn’t seem to have been resolved. As for me, my packages are stolen almost every time because the delivery drivers don’t even bother to ring the doorbell to let me know they’ve arrived.
And what about the brilliant idea of delivering to a neighbor’s house after midnight? Because, obviously, what could be more logical than dropping off a package at a time when most people are asleep, without notifying the recipient, and then considering the delivery a success!
It seems like this company confuses package delivery with a nighttime treasure hunt. The customer has to guess where their package is, hope it hasn’t been stolen, and, with a little luck, find it at a neighbor’s house—someone who didn’t even ask for it.
At this point, it’s no longer just a matter of poor service, but a glaring lack of professionalism, training, and respect for customers.
Perhaps it’s time for this company to realize that cutting corners on driver training ends up costing them dearly in terms of trust, reputation, and customer satisfaction.
This company doesn't even deserve one star!

Would give zero stars if I could
Would give zero stars if I could. Delivered package to completely wrong postal code 20 minutes away to someone with wrong name who signed with wrong name.
When called for support (at 6:43pm) was told by automated line to call back within business hours of 8 am to 8 pm. Which I was within?
Not sure if company is just complete scam and thieves or totally incompetent.

Avoid!
Horrendous delivery service. Waited 2 days in a row because it kept saying failed attempt even though I was home. Now my package says delivered and signed which is also not true as I never signed anything. Wish Amazon would stop using this company!

Completely unreliable service
Completely unreliable service. My shipment was marked delivered but never received, and the company failed to provide any proof. Customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and avoided responsibility at every step.
Being told to file a police report instead of getting actual support says everything about how this company treats its customers. No accountability, no transparency, no professionalism.
I would never trust this company again.

Fake package delivered
Package said it was delivered, but the photo shows a small envelope (rather than a 45" monitor)! It was also delivered 1 km away claiming it's a "safe location".
Customer support and manager were polite and friendly. But it seems likely that there is a thief somewhere in the supply chain.
