PreApproved RenterReviews of preapprovedrenter.com

It's more easy thank you

Excellent interface, thoughtful design-especially the admirable commitment to fair housing. Incredibly, a ed special link for applicants with vouchers (cityFHEPS, in my case). This variant of application allows completion of the application, include the voucher, and refreshingly declares that those with vouchers that cover rent costs fully are not required to have credit check or provide employment information. Finally, you are allowed to submit the names of non-applicant residents (presumably to make things official on a lease). I will refrain from naming the inferior competition. Invariably, I could not complete all require fields, and no submission was possible. Also, an application fee was not even charged, which is a lovely thing to do, although not mandatory for voucher holders. The incredible Realtor who uses this platform has incredible integrity, is transparent, and a very kind human.
