I had to fill out this form and pay twice because there was NO clarity on Applicant vs Co-Applicant. If I have my credit checked twice and it impacts my credit score because of the double check, that defeats the purpose of a credit check. Also, if I don't have a pay stub because I am retired, there is no option to indicate that. Really NOT a user-friendly form.

Erika is a rude agent that has no idea of customer service, she should improve her manners and try to give a better treat to the client specially if they are new clients like me. There’s no excuse saying she has a tight schedule without considering the clients schedule.
