PreApproved RenterReviews of preapprovedrenter.com

A broker sent us a application link 10pm and the following morning we emailed him and he said that its already taken. Is this how he make money ? By asking people to apply and collect application fees ?

Horrible experience. As co-signer, it was not at all clear what fields I was supposed to fill out. There should be a separate form for co-signers. Also, they charged me an application fee for providing information as a co-signer - they will need to refund that to me. TERRIBLE SYSTEM

SCAM!!! This is a huge scam do not fall for it! They steal Real estate license numbers and pretend to be realtors! Do not fall for this!

my card was declined and I can not get back into the system to reset it

No way to edit or add additional records or paperwork. It would be better if the template was specialized to differentiate between renter and guarantor.

Unable to load website on Windows laptop with Chrome browser. Made multiple attempts over 90 min, including reboot, clear cache, attempt on 2nd desktop unit, all with same result. "rotating loading screen" Finally, used friend's MacBookAir and succeeded, but down load files on MSFT/OneDrive and to acceess and upload required email downloads to my self to upload in your App.

it is not a user friendly website

I am not an applicant but a sponsor for my sons lease application. At most I am a Guarantor. The Agent, Marien Richardson could not offer any other document but for me to complete an online application as a rental applicant for which I was required to pay $20. Grossly incompetent procedures and not legal at all. Very disappointed with the lack of any legal etiquette
