the insole that I purchased supposed to help the arch and soften my steps but my foot still hurt just as much as before.

I bought these for my mom and she loved them! Her foot had previously caused her so much pain so these soles definitely improved her lifestyle.

I occasionally get plantar fasciitis, and at the suggestion of my doctor tried Powerstep insoles along with stretching exercises. It works! Now if I have an episode, I toss my walking/running shoes, replace my insoles, and restart my stretching exercises. Maybe if I did it all proactively I wouldn't have the problem.

I bought some Powerstep insoles for my girlfriend to replace some prescription ones she had that wore out. She works at a job where she is on her feet for most of the 12 hour shifts she works. The Powerstep inserts are every bit as good as the custom ones she had, and a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended! I just got her 2 more pairs as backup.

I use the Powerstep inserts in all my shoes. I have had foot problems for many years. After finally finding good fitting shoes and adding the inserts I am able to walk so much more comfortably. Powerstep is a great product. I almost spent $700 for orthodox inserts at the Good Feet store. I had a friend tell me about powerstep. I bought one set to try and was sold. I have now ordered twice online from Powerstep directly. Excellent experience!! Easy to order and quick delivery. I am now using # 4's in all my dress shoes and #4 gel's in my walking and my golf shoes. My feet feel soooo much better!
