I love the full length Powerstep inserts I purchased. However, the half length insert are far to skinny to pit in my shoes and make my feet slip around. All things considered, I would recommend Powerstep full length inserts to everyone, but be wary of the half length inserts.

I ordered two sizes on Amazon and had a very difficult time returning the size that didn't work. After contacting Powerstep directly, the best solution was to pay for shipping both ways and exchange the item for the right size. This left me with two items when I only wanted one and money down the drain for shipping.

I have been using these for many years and my feet have been grateful. Powerstep was recommended by a doctor after I had injured the inside of my instep. Combined with his shot and the extra support, I have had no more problems.

I bought a pair of these insoles about a month ago. I use them maybe 2 or 3 times a week. I went on a 5 mile walk and big chunk desinigrated, out the right inside heal. When I got home and noticed what I was feeling and what had happened after such minimal use I was highly dissatisfied.
