I got my first pair of Power Step insoles from a doctor during a severe case of plantar fasciitis. After the boot was removed he had me wear the Power Step insoles. They are a life saver. I have told friends and family about them and they all love them too. I found I could order them on line, receive them in a few days. Great customer service if you need to call. I wear the insoles in my athletic shoes 24/7 every day of the year. I order two pairs of the insoles and they will last me a year. Great product. Anyone with a foot problem needs to try them. They are a lifesaver.

Excellent products and customer service. I have tried most of the top insoles and find the Powerstep Pinnacles to be among the best. They are even better than a few custom insoles that cost over 3 times more. I purchased 2 pairs of Powerstep Pinnacles and 1 pair of Pinnacle Maxx through Amazon Prime. The Maxx was a bit too stiff for my needs so I tried to return them. Amazon would not accept the return for whatever reason so I contacted Powerstep and they did a seamless exchange for me. The process was fast and the communication excellent. Highly recommended!
