I would give powerstep insoles a five star if my heel was completely pain free. However my heel has very much improved with the use of these insoles. I love that I don't need to cut them to fit and they can be transferred easily between shoes.

I suffer with heel spurs that create same pain as planter faciatis. When I can I use a soft thick flip flop style for pain but now with Powerstep i put then in any shoe and feel no pain or tired feet

Generally, powerstep products are good. Although, the standard Powerstep insole is the one I favor within the entire product line.

required new orthodics, there were suggested and my doctor added the degree the I needed. For far they are working great.
