I received a pair of insoles as a gift, which were uncomfortable in my work boots. They were still in like new condition as I only used them a couple hours, I returned to the retailer (The Runnery) with my receipt to exchange them, where I was informed they could not do this as they had been worn. I called Powerstep customer service, they said the retailer should have exchanged them as they will get credit, they asked me to send a copy of my receipt and the old insoles, I mailed them out and they mailed me the Pinnacle insoles that I requested in only a few days. I found them to be most polite and stand behind their product no questions asked. I am happy with the pair that I have, they seem to be holding up and comfortable. I recommend Powerstep, but will not do business with The Runnery again. Thank you for standing behind your product, and great customer service. Tim

Best orthotic for good foot support

For the price of the inserts, they should hold up better and last longer. I bought mine about a month ago and they are already showing a hole forming.

This is the second pair of the flip-flop sandals I have purchased from PowerStep. I have both the black and brown pairs. I especially like them because it is hard to find a flip-flop with good arch support and isn't overly wide. With some competitor flip-flops, I almost feel like I am walking in snowshoes, the sandals are so wide. Plus these are at a reasonable price! I live in a coastal area (Hilton Head Island) so I wear sandals most of the year. If you need arch support in your flip-flops, I highly recommend these sandals.

I have no more heel pain since I began wearing powerstep inserts in my shoes and would highly recommend them to anyone suffering from heel pain. You do have to wear them even when your heel pain goes away as it will return.

I had serious doubts the power step would help relieve my heel pain. There is no question now. They work!! Usually by the end of my work day as a nurse, my heel was quite painful and I was limping. Since using these, I have minimal pain if any (when wearing shoes) I think it is a great product. I have tried both the full and half lengths and think they work equally well.
