My orthopedic surgeon saw these in my shoes at my appointment. He checked them out and said to continue using them. I have custom orthotics, but prefer Powerstep. Much more comfortable.

Powerstep insoles are great and help my feet tremendously. I've been using them for at least 5 years if not longer.

Comfortable and cute flip flops that do not give my feet the pain from plantar fasciitis. Definitely recommend these flip flops. I wish they came in dressier flip flops or sandals that would be cute to wear to work or out on the town.

I am 80 years old, and I have had bad feet all my life. I had a ruptured archelis tendon operation 4 years and, I have bad pronation on both feet. When I got these inserts it was like I got a new life. THEY ARE WONDERFUL!! I hope u send information regarding these inserts to all foot doctors, so they can help their patients. There is nothing like bad feet. Thank u.
