The sizes for women are not good. I have three pair of shoes that I need to return for larger sizes.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Our sandals run in whole sizes so if you are in between sizes, we recommend going up to the next full size. If you would like, we can pick up the sandals you have at no charge and send replacements in the next larger size. Please contact our customer service department at 888-237-3668 so we can coordinate this.

Their products are fantastic. I have high arches and have benefited from their inserts and recovery sandals for about 3 years. The only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is because I wish I could process returns and order inserts online without having to call a number. (For whatever reason, the inserts I order cannot be done online.) But their customer service is excellent as well.

I have had plantar fasciitis for years and the only way I can function on my feet is to wear powersteps inserts in my tennis shoes and when I'm not wearing my tennis shoes I live in crocs! Thanks powersteps for helping me be able to walk normal again!

works well with my sneakers but haven't tried any other type shoes. I was prepared to spend $300, which is what I paid last time. They work just as well as those did.
