I found Powerstep inserts extremely valuable to help my feet and knees feel better and to help my shoes give more support. I find I cannot stand to wear any shoes without inserts to keep my ankles stable and to mitigate the wear and tear that daily tromping on concrete wreaks on feet.

I have tried much cheaper products with little success. My first long walk with the powersteps turned out to be the best yet. Upon my return I mentioned to my wife that my feet didn't hurt. Other products did not give me the comfort I've been looking for.

Overall great product - has helped for comfort of feet due to flat feet by creating arch for support. Little bit pricey thus 4 star rating but necessary for foot support. Would buy again and recommend to others.

Powestep have a great product range, the model that I purchased really does what I required it to do, all day foot comfort and reduced/removed the pain that I was feeling in my lower back up into my neck. Outstanding. Best Regards Simon.
