I love the Powerstep footbed with the built in metatarsal pad. I hiked in Switzerland for two weeks using the inserts. I realized quickly that the balls of my feet were going to sleep and realized that the footbed under the ball of my feet was thick. A local shoemaker in Grindalweld shaved down the insert and then it was perfect.

The Powerstep Pinnacle Plus inserts we recommended by my doctor. They are a perfect fit and provide exactly the support and cushioning my feet need. I tried several more heavily advertised inserts, but foot pain returned every time. Now, after several months on the Pinnacle Plus inserts, my podiatrist says I shouldn't need to see him for another year or more.

Simple, prompt and easy online order process. Your ortho insert pads are a bit pricy and a little vague as to their approrpriate use (because of your selection varety) but you do have a good product. I was introduced to your product many many years ago at the San Diego County Fair at Delmar Fairgrounds in CA and have continued using since that time. It was a real comfort saver for my profession as a state highway worker for 30 years.
