I wear them in all of my shoes. I never leave home without them. It takes the pressure off of my arches, knees and back because I have so much support I can walk further and workout longer.

I've worn these since the day I received them and although it is a little more comfortable to walk , I was hoping to have complete relief . Complete relief is not happening so I'm trying to learn to live with the pain . I was given medication , cortisone injection with different mess and did six weeks of physical therapy without complete relief so thought I'd try this . I give up , I'll never have complete relief so this is as good as it gets .

I ordered two pair of the Powerstep insoles: SLENDERFIT for my dress shoes and ORIGINAL FULL LENGTH for my tennis shoes. Both are comfortable (no need to remove existing insoles) and both help alleviate pain from plantar fasciitis. Powerstep was recommended by my podiatrist.
